When some esspecially few failed I guess it's the fault of the pupils but when all /5percent failed the teacher is to be blamed

Definetly not the fault of teacher as the question emphasis on " some students" not many or most . So few students may fail because of their own negligence

It is a collective fault differs from situation to situation. It is not right to directly say that it is the fault of student alone.System, Teachers , Text books and Student them-self all are responsible for the failure. Please either remove the question or provide a correct answer which satisfy the above term.If I am wrong please correct me.

It's the fault of the pupils. When a teacher has displayed all the teaching method and a particular pupil could not adopt to any of the method, the teacher should not be held responsible for the child's failure.

its fault of teacher. coz teaching method includes individual approach..if the approach is not satisfactory..the pupil fails...Also test is to be taken after the confirmation of the pupil that he understood and able to present it or not..
