Narrative research is a literary form of
qualitative research that involves writing
narratives/descriptions/stories about
experiences of individuals and discussing
their meaning with the individual.

Redundancy refers to messages which
convey highly predictable information

in the receiver/audience and makes
communication effective. Quick/immediate
feedback propels the communication
process forward. Non-verbal cues, ifused
appropriately, increase clarity, trust and
interest in the verbal presentation. On
the other hand, over-emphasis on certain
words, excessive use of technical terms
(gobbledygook) and ignoring!sidelining!
overlooking student criticism are barriers
to good communication.

students cleared their exam, the proposition,
'A few students did not clear their exam'
is contradictory.
