Explanation : Communication happens at four levels:
(i) Social/superficial level where we talk about
day to day affairs with strangers. Making
any kind of prediction is not possible in such
communication.
(ii) Mental level at which we talk about ideas,
facts, plans, strategies, etc., mostly in our
profession.
(iii) Emotional level where we talk about our
wants, needs, , fears, joys, aspirations,
achievements, etc., with our friends and
relations and get emotionally charged.
(iv) Spiritual level which forges a deep, direct
connection with no distortion from social,
mental, or emotional .
Mental, emotional and spiritual levels involve
understanding! perceiving; so, predictions
are easy.
