1: Statement - I : One of the major causes of the industry for larger capacity is the argument that large facilities facilitate greater economies of scale. But the major concern for building big capacity is that funds will be tied up or scarcity of funds. Statement - II : A viable alternative to larger capacity production facilities is to develop subcontractor and supplier networks.
