What is ADT ?

Abstract Data Type or ADT is an organized collection of information and set of operations that are used to manage information.

1. An ADT is considered as Abstract because the operations performed on it are separated from implementation.
2. Most Data Structure ADT’s can be implemented either by using Arrays or by using Linked List.
