Find the Output: Changing loop counter inside body

17Find the output of the following C code (assume #include <stdio.h> and that the code is inside int main(void)):
int i, count = 0;
for (i = 1; i <= 15; i++) {
    if (i % 3 == 0)
        i += 2;
    count++;
}
printf("%d %d", count, i);
  • Option : A
  • Explanation : The iteration starts occur at i = 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15. Multiples of three receive two extra increments, and the final for update leaves i = 18.
