Find the Output: Conditional operator inside if

27Find the output of the following C code (assume #include and that the code is inside int main(void)):
int a = 8, b = 5;

if ((a > b) ? (a - b) : (b - a))
    printf("YES");
else
    printf("NO");
  • Option : A
  • Explanation : a > b is true, so the conditional operator yields a - b = 3. Since 3 is nonzero, the if branch prints YES.
