Find the Output: Braces and else association

12Find the output of the following C code (assume #include and that the code is inside int main(void)):
int x = 4, y = 8;

if (x > 5) {
    if (y > 5)
        printf("A");
}
else
    printf("B");

printf("C");
  • Option : C
  • Explanation : The braces make else pair with the outer if. Since x > 5 is false, B is printed; the final printf then prints C.
