Educational Qualification
- Master's degree in Management or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in their Master's degree.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD/Third Gender categories require at least 50% marks.
- Final Year Students can apply provisionally.
Age Limit for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)
- Maximum Age: 30 years (relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per govt norms).
Age Limit for Assistant Professor
- No upper age limit.
Nationality
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen (or otherwise eligible under the conditions specified by the NTA/UGC).
Eligible Postgraduate Degrees
- MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- PGDM (equivalent to MBA and recognized by AIU)
- Master of Management Studies (MMS)
- Master in Human Resource Management (MHRM)
- Master in Marketing Management (MMM)
- Master in Financial Management (MFM)
- Master in Inteational Business (MIB)
- Other equivalent postgraduate degrees in Management recognized by the appropriate authorities.
