Technical education trains the leamer in technical skills. Moral education lays emphasis in ingraining morals in the leamer. Consequently, the other aspects of theirpersona1ity are not properly developed for the growth of right attitudes, habits, values, skills and interests in them. "Value-education is the aggregate of all the process by means of which a person develops abilities, attitudes and other forms of behaviour of the positive values in the society in which he lives." ( C. V. Good) . So, value education has high potential for providing optimism, self-esteem and commitment to personal fulfilment, ethical judgement and social responsibility.
