teacher as well as fellow students); and it
is aimed at enhancing one's knowledge and
skills. Therefore, the learner supports rather
than challenge innovative and creative ideas.
The learner may question the teacher on
subject matter and related aspects but will
not challenge teaching profession, or methods
of evaluation. However, the quality of the
learner's questions may potentially challenge
tradition and long-held attitudes which need
to be changed to match growing aspirations
and requirements of changing times.
