Explanation : Electronic databases are searchable electronic collections of resources. There are two basic types of databases: Indexes or bibliographic databases; and Full-text databases. ERIC(Education Resources Information Center) is an online library of education research and information; MEDLINE® contains journal citations and abstracts for biomedical literature from around the world; and ABI/INFORMTM contains thousands of full-text journals, dissertations, working papers, key business and economics periodicals such as the Economist, country-and industry-focused reports, and downloadable data which gives researchers a complete picture of companies and business trends around the world.
