Explanation : Process questions are designed to test the
depth of subject knowledge and ability to
analyze how the various components (i.e.
processes) of a system contribute to create the
whole; and are almost always chronological or
linear and involve multiple, sequential steps.
They use cue words like describe, list out,
explain, analyze, and what is the process/
what are the steps, etc. So, process questions
are divergent, concept based, and open.
Content based questions are convergent, fact
based and closed questions.
