Using telecast material will definitely reduce the burden of a teacher because she doesn't have to prepare notes, she doesn't have to write on the board. 2. Teaching wouldn't be effective if issues of class control cropped up .unless there is a peaceful ,well conducted class, effective teaching wouldn't take place,so i guess B and c would be answers.
